The Montane Mens Icarus Jacket is a lightweight Primaloft jacket designed to provide lightweight and warm insulation for cold winter outdoor activities. Pertex Quantum ECO is a windproof, water resistant and highly breathable fabric that is lightweight and highly packable. Constructed from very fine yarns, the fabric traps still air inside the jacket while allowing insulation to fully loft. The windproof properties help retain warmth and stop unwanted cold air from cooling you down while a durable water repellent (DWR) finish provides protection in light rain. Pertex Quantum ECO utilises recycled yarns to reduce the demand for raw materials. Primaloft ThermoPlume synthetic insulation mimics the loft and fill power of down, while providing the fast drying insulating properties of Primaloft. This synthetic insulation provides down-comparable performance, offering a warmth equivalent to 550-fill down.
